Digital Residencies – 2020 Edition

Residenze Digitali was created in spring 2020 from an idea by the Artistic Residency Center of Tuscany (Armunia – CapoTrave / Kilowatt), as a creative response to the widespread closures caused by COVID-19. Anghiari Dance Hub, AMAT and ATCL Lazio for Spazio Rossellini also became part of the initiative; this allowed Residenze Digitali to increase the number of projects to be followed, reaching six artistic groups to be supported for 2020. After a year of work carried out in close contact with the project tutors Anna Maria Monteverdi and Federica Patti, the groups displayed the result of their creative process to an audience in La Settimana delle Residenze Digitali, the Digital Residency Week, at the end of November.
